I gave these answers because I wanted to be honest. In my opinion getting an appointment is a nightmare. It takes ages to get through on the phone, then the appointments are all gone. To book a non urgent appointment is almost impossible. When you get one it feels rushed. As a disabled person I can feel isolated, when I have a problem I tend to turn to google for help. The NHS is going through a very sad time, nobody it appears to be working to improve it. Too many middle management, not enough people at the front line. As I said it is a very sad times.

Many more doctors and appointments. More support for disabled people. More people to answer the phones, more appointments. Stop making people feel they are asking for the moon when all they want is help and reassurance. Continuity when seeing doctors so they get to know who you are and what is going on with you. Watch call the midwife and see what the NHS was and should be.

Easy at the surgery but definitely not by phone. If triage is full, told to ring in the morning. If by the time you get to the end of the phone queue the triage is full you are told to ring in the afternoon. Just go round and round in circles.

Change the way the phone system works.
